Chocolate and motivation

Okay, so I had some chocolate.  Two dark chocolate Dove Promises.  They put a little saying on the inside of each one and here are what the two I ate said:

You’re not allowed to do nothing.

Keep the promises you make to yourself.

Guess I’d better take the motivation where ever I find it.  Have a great day everyone.

    Oh goodness! How I love Promises, dark chocolate. 2 are only 80 cals. I remember that! I have given up chocolate, but I miss it. Think I will make me a cup of green tea. Yes, take motivation where ever you can find it. You will make this goal!! Big hug, Marge

    Those are both great sayings. I hate dark chocolate but I was thinking of allowing myself some now and then instead of binging on the sugary chocolate!
