At least there is a reason

Okay, so lately I’ve been feeling like there is no point to any of this.  I’m tired all the time, nothing tastes good so I just eat what’s around instead of healthy meals.  Today I found out that I’ve got bronchitis and so do my two kids.  Most likely it is from the pool, even though my husband keeps it extremely clean.  Respiritory issues are not uncommon in my family.   I also have high blood pressure which isn’t helping the tiredness issues.  She’s giving me a few weeks to get over this and try to get the bp down before going on meds for that.  It’s been a little high since last November, but wasn’t much to worry about.  Today was a different story.

So, I really have to watch my diet and exercise every day.  Hopefully the cough will clear up quickly so I’m not having to deal with that during exercise.  At least I’m not starting this from scratch.  Though the 45-60 minutes of cardio a day don’t seem to be enough to help with the bp.  Guess I’ll add in the meditation and tai chi as well.  I really, really don’t want to take any medication long term.  Don’t like taking it at all.

Are you stressed? That can lead to high blood pressure too. Keep fighting the fight Diane with the weight, with you all the way girl. I’m in big time fighting mode this week. I think I’m finally at the end of my excuses for not getting this weight off, reality check bit me in the butt ha ha! Wishing for you and the kids to feel better soon, hope you don’t have to be on the meds for too long. But if they help you get well faster then they’re worth it.

Keep at it girl. Tasha’s right. I think some of your health issues could clear up with the weight coming off and you gettng fitter. You are already doing a great job at it, especially with two kids. I hope you feel better real soon and the kiddo’s too.
