Thank you

I just wanted to say thank you to all who have been an encouragement to me lately.  It’s been a tough couple of weeks and I truely appreciate all of the positive notes and comments.

Tonight my husband is working so I get to decide - Do I leave the house a mess and get in a long workout before going to bed or pick up and try to get some sleep, provided the kids actually sleep tonight.  My personal favorite right now is to do next to nothing, but that’s how I ended up in this place to begin with.  Besides, doing nothing doesn’t make me feel any better.

Once again, thank you.

Hope everyone has a great evening.

Diane, when I read your blogs and I can feel the struggle.  It is so hard to do for you when you have a little one and you have two.  And, there is no easy answer.  It’s hard to take time for you when little one’s require so much, especially a baby.  That made it hard for me too.  I have an 17 month old.  I really couldn’t start doing too much until we got past teething and colic and all that other “wonderful” baby stuff.  But, the last few months, we have been able to put her on a great sleeping schedule and that meant I was getting sleep and I was ready to get my workouts in.  It’s the sleep thing that can really drive us crazy.  At least for me it did.  You just fit in those workouts when you can.  Just concentrate on food more than anything until you can be on a regular schedule.  But, I know there is no easy answer.  But, I feel for you.  Just hang in there.  Better to be doing something than nothing, right?

Diane, we are all here for you.  I hope you and your children are getting better.  I so can relate to you.  My son likes to get up at the crack of dawn, which makes me tired all day.  I am lucky to have Roman to help me when he gets home from work.  I agree with Wonderwoman.  You can only workout when you can and if you can do it as much as you would like, you should focus more on what you eat.  I hope that you can find a routine that works for you. Take care of yourself! Good luck at the weigh in tomorrow.
