I did it!

I actually did my workout today.  The other day I pulled a muscle or something in my leg and could barely walk yesterday.  I still don’t know what is going on with it because it still hurts, but only when I walk.  Since I’d been doing in home walking and couldn’t do that, I decided to use my elliptical machine.  When I started this last month, I could barely do 10 minutes on the thing and had to practically crawl up the stairs.  Today I did 30 minutes at a 3mph pace and still had enough energy to go up the stairs, do the dishes and then another flight of stairs to get my little one from his nap, all before getting off my feet at all.  Much as I hate the elliptical machine, I’m so glad I’ve got it right now because it is so low impact.  It didn’t hurt my leg at all.

    WTG. That is why I love my elliptical, it is great when you want or need a low impact workout!!!!! Keep it up!!!!!
