I did the first 1 hour workout that I’ve done in forever today. I was so sick of the constant chatter on the Walk Away the Pounds DVDs that I just took my mp3 player and did the workout at my own pace - over 7500 steps in one hour. Yesterday following her video it was about 5000 in the same amount of time. Guess this exercise thing is becoming a habit because I didn’t really think about not doing it when my son went down for his nap even though I’d decided this morning I wasn’t going to. Darn healthy habits!
