Getting there
I have managed to exercise almost every day this month so far. Too bad it doesn’t seem to be making much of a difference. I’m actually eating broccoli, too. My husband calls me the pickyist vegetarian he knows and broccoli is right below cauliflower on my list of disliked veggies. But I must set that good example for the kids so I eat broccoli.

I have found a great program that tells me the number of beats per minute of any mp3’s I have so that is good. I like Walk Away the Pounds, but the constant dialog can get a little annoying. Now I can make up my own playlist with the tempo I need for 4-5 mph.
