At it again
Well, family from out of town has come and gone so I have no more excuses to not accomplish my goal of being fit and healthy. I need to take advantage of the reality that I am not pre-diabetic, don’t have high blood pressure, and don’t have problems with my joints or anything. I can go out an walk 2 - 3 miles and not be exahusted. I just don’t do it. My goal right now is to be able to climb the indian mound in Dayton this summer without being winded or having to stop. It is 116 steps, or so I’ve read.
Hey, you so can do this. Keep working out and you will be able to do it twice.
I am a very healthy girl myself and I appreciate that but I dont want to push my luck. The best gift we can give to ourselves is self discipline…. Feels Goooood!!
