Weight loss confusion
A while ago I read that to help boost metabolism one was supposed to stay cooler so the body had to work harder to keep warm. Then today I saw that people tend to eat more when they’re cold! I tend to think that the later is more true for me since I have gained nearly 100 pounds since getting married. My husband likes the house a little chilly and I have adapted. I think I’m going to give up on reading the latest research since it always contradicts an earlier study and then another comes along that discounts both the previous one! I need to figure out what works for me, short of being 23 again, living in Poland and walking everywhere I went. Isn’t this journey called life fun?
